LTZ帶(dai)制動(dong)(dong)輪(lun)彈(dan)(dan)性(xing)套(tao)柱(zhu)銷聯(lian)軸(zhou)器是依靠彈(dan)(dan)性(xing)套(tao)柱(zhu)銷組的(de)(de)鎖緊力而產生于(yu)接觸面的(de)(de)摩擦力矩,并壓縮橡膠彈(dan)(dan)性(xing)套(tao)來傳遞轉(zhuan)矩,所以(yi)適用于(yu)高速(su),安裝(zhuang)底(di)座剛性(xing)好、對中精度較(jiao)高的(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)況(kuang)環境。但彈(dan)(dan)性(xing)套(tao)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)是受壓縮變形的(de)(de),由于(yu)彈(dan)(dan)性(xing)套(tao)的(de)(de)體積小且厚(hou)度較(jiao)薄,彈(dan)(dan)性(xing)變形能力有限(xian)。所以(yi)LTZ帶(dai)制動(dong)(dong)輪(lun)彈(dan)(dan)性(xing)套(tao)柱(zhu)銷聯(lian)軸(zhou)器雖可(ke)補償軸(zhou)線(xian)位(wei)移和彈(dan)(dan)性(xing),卻(que)對軸(zhou)線(xian)位(wei)移許(xu)用補償量較(jiao)少,彈(dan)(dan)性(xing)較(jiao)弱。所以(yi)應選擇(ze)沖擊載荷不(bu)大、對減振要求不(bu)高的(de)(de)傳動(dong)(dong)環境。
LTZ帶(dai)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)輪(lun)彈性套(tao)柱(zhu)銷(xiao)(xiao)聯(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)器的作用與(yu)LT型彈性套(tao)柱(zhu)銷(xiao)(xiao)聯(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)器相同(tong),區別在(zai)于LTZ型帶(dai)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)輪(lun)彈性套(tao)柱(zhu)銷(xiao)(xiao)聯(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)器在(zai)LT彈性套(tao)柱(zhu)銷(xiao)(xiao)聯(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)器原有的基礎(chu)上(shang)增加了一個制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)輪(lun),通過(guo)控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)輪(lun)可以調節聯(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)器的轉速。
