擺線輪是(shi)和漸開線輪齒形不同(tong)的一種(zhong)齒輪,它的結(jie)構特點(dian)是(shi):結(jie)構緊(jin)湊(cou)、體(ti)積小、速比(bi)大。

擺線輪的輸出(chu)軸結構設計(ji):

1、主軸(zhou)(zhou)曲(qu)柄。輸入軸(zhou)(zhou)為直(zhi)軸(zhou)(zhou),通過兩個(ge)(ge)滾動(dong)軸(zhou)(zhou)承以兩支點支承在減速器箱體上(shang)(shang),該直(zhi)軸(zhou)(zhou)上(shang)(shang)裝(zhuang)有相(xiang)(xiang)位差180度的雙偏心套,構(gou)成兩個(ge)(ge)相(xiang)(xiang)位差180度的主動(dong)曲(qu)柄,他們各裝(zhuang)有一個(ge)(ge)轉臂軸(zhou)(zhou)承并分別與兩個(ge)(ge)相(xiang)(xiang)位差180度的連桿(gan)連接。

2、連(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)桿(gan)。兩個相(xiang)(xiang)位差180度(du)的(de)連(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)桿(gan)的(de)另一端通過轉臂(bei)軸承與從(cong)(cong)動曲(qu)(qu)柄相(xiang)(xiang)連(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian),從(cong)(cong)動曲(qu)(qu)柄和主軸曲(qu)(qu)柄長度(du)相(xiang)(xiang)同,并同樣用(yong)軸承支承于減速器(qi)箱體上,主、從(cong)(cong)動曲(qu)(qu)柄支點(dian)間(jian)距離(li)和連(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)桿(gan)長度(du)相(xiang)(xiang)同,在傳動機構中(zhong),連(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)桿(gan)中(zhong)部(bu)帶有針輪(lun),形(xing)如環板,故在具(ju)體結構中(zhong),連(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)桿(gan)也就是帶有針輪(lun)的(de)環板。

3、從動(dong)曲(qu)柄(bing)(bing)(bing)。其結構和主(zhu)動(dong)曲(qu)柄(bing)(bing)(bing)基本上相同(tong),由于(yu)在平行四(si)桿機構通(tong)過死點位置時,從動(dong)曲(qu)柄(bing)(bing)(bing)曲(qu)柄(bing)(bing)(bing)可以與主(zhu)動(dong)曲(qu)柄(bing)(bing)(bing)同(tong)向回轉(zhuan)(zhuan),也可以反向回轉(zhuan)(zhuan),是一不穩定(ding)位置,所以為從動(dong)曲(qu)柄(bing)(bing)(bing)能穩定(ding)地(di)與主(zhu)軸(zhou)曲(qu)柄(bing)(bing)(bing)同(tong)向回轉(zhuan)(zhuan),   另加約束。

4、擺線輪。一個較寬的擺線輪,用鍵固定在輸出軸上,它同時與分別裝于兩個相位差180度的連桿中部的針輪相嚙合。擺線輪的齒形采用我們經過優化修形的新齒形,可以與針輪達到理想的共軛多齒同時嚙合,不僅傳遞的轉矩大,而且傳動平穩,是一種的減速機配件產品。

5、輸(shu)出(chu)軸(zhou)。固(gu)裝擺(bai)線輪的輸(shu)出(chu)軸(zhou),為兩支(zhi)點簡支(zhi)在箱體(ti)上。與   采(cai)用特定輸(shu)出(chu)機構(gou)的通(tong)用擺(bai)線針輪行星(xing)減(jian)速器的懸臂輸(shu)出(chu)軸(zhou)相比,不(bu)僅(jin)結構(gou)簡單,而且剛性要好得多。

6、箱殼。由(you)箱體和(he)(he)側(ce)端蓋兩部分組成。其設計除了要(yao)(yao)考(kao)慮地支承(cheng)主、從(cong)(cong)動(dong)曲柄(bing)及輸出軸,便于制造和(he)(he)安裝拆卸,潤滑密封外,還(huan)要(yao)(yao)地裝于每個環(huan)板(ban)(ban)(ban)上(shang)(shang)一圈針(zhen)孔(kong)銷(xiao)孔(kong)不能沿軸向(xiang)脫出。為此,在箱體和(he)(he)側(ce)蓋上(shang)(shang)均有一圈環(huan)形凸(tu)臺,他們與環(huan)板(ban)(ban)(ban)間(jian)只留(liu)有少量側(ce)隙,即能允(yun)許(xu)環(huan)板(ban)(ban)(ban)自(zi)由(you)的平動(dong),而(er)又能針(zhen)齒銷(xiao)不會從(cong)(cong)環(huan)板(ban)(ban)(ban)上(shang)(shang)針(zhen)銷(xiao)孔(kong)內(nei)沿軸向(xiang)脫出。

7、同步帶(dai)。為了使雙曲柄機構順(shun)利通(tong)過(guo)死點,可以采用的(de)措施很多,   簡單易(yi)行的(de)方法是同步帶(dai)聯動(dong)雙曲柄。
