萬向聯(lian)軸(zhou)器利用其機構的(de)特點(dian),使兩(liang)軸(zhou)不在同一軸(zhou)線,存(cun)在軸(zhou)線夾角的(de)情況下能實現所聯(lian)接的(de)兩(liang)軸(zhou)連續(xu)回(hui)轉(zhuan),并地傳遞轉(zhuan)矩和運動。
萬向聯軸器結(jie)構有較(jiao)大的(de)角向(xiang)補償能(neng)力,結(jie)構緊湊,傳動。不同(tong)結(jie)構型式(shi)萬向(xiang)聯(lian)軸(zhou)器兩軸(zhou)線夾(jia)角不相同(tong),一般在5°-45°之間(jian)。
萬向聯軸器有多種結構(gou)型(xing)(xing)式(shi)(shi)(shi),例(li)如:十字軸式(shi)(shi)(shi)、球(qiu)(qiu)籠(long)式(shi)(shi)(shi)、球(qiu)(qiu)叉(cha)式(shi)(shi)(shi)、凸塊式(shi)(shi)(shi)、球(qiu)(qiu)銷(xiao)(xiao)式(shi)(shi)(shi)、球(qiu)(qiu)鉸(jiao)式(shi)(shi)(shi)、球(qiu)(qiu)鉸(jiao)柱(zhu)塞(sai)式(shi)(shi)(shi)、三(san)銷(xiao)(xiao)式(shi)(shi)(shi)、三(san)叉(cha)桿(gan)式(shi)(shi)(shi)、三(san)球(qiu)(qiu)銷(xiao)(xiao)式(shi)(shi)(shi)、鉸(jiao)桿(gan)式(shi)(shi)(shi)等; 常用的為(wei)十字軸式(shi)(shi)(shi),其次為(wei)球(qiu)(qiu)籠(long)式(shi)(shi)(shi)。在實際應用中,根據(ju)所傳遞轉矩大小,分(fen)為(wei)重(zhong)型(xing)(xing)、中型(xing)(xing)、輕型(xing)(xing)和小型(xing)(xing)。
萬向聯(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)用來聯(lian)(lian)接不同機(ji)構(gou)中(zhong)的(de)(de)兩根軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(主(zhu)(zhu)動(dong)(dong)(dong)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)和從動(dong)(dong)(dong)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)),使之共同旋轉,以傳(chuan)遞(di)扭矩的(de)(de)機(ji)械零(ling)件。在高速重載的(de)(de)動(dong)(dong)(dong)力傳(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)中(zhong),有(you)些聯(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)還有(you)緩(huan)沖(chong)、減振(zhen)和提高軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)系動(dong)(dong)(dong)態性(xing)能的(de)(de)作用。聯(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)由兩半部分(fen)組(zu)成,分(fen)別與主(zhu)(zhu)動(dong)(dong)(dong)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)和從動(dong)(dong)(dong)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)聯(lian)(lian)接。一般動(dong)(dong)(dong)力機(ji)大都(dou)借助于聯(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)與工作機(ji)相聯(lian)(lian)接。
